The book value of this bank is approximately $55 and its selling for 37 and change.  Might drop to $34 before making a move higher but its an excellent stock for long term and pays a nice dividend.    We're going to be seeing a lot of banks bite the dust soon and STI will be around to pick up some attractive pieces.  Now is a good time to buy it and hold for a nice double or triple in 36 months.

Earnings on the 22nd will tell the story. I think it's going to be a big miss, I and also think that Jpm will decide on WB over STI. If both occur then this stock could lose another $10 to $12 before it settles. I think by today's move (even when the market was up 100) it being down almost 10% is saying that investors believe this to be the case.

Investors have been wrong all most to a tee. Bet against the investors and load up.
