I think you made this rating before learning that the Chinese government will allow an 18% increase, right? This along with recovery from the earthquake will likely cause at least a 15% increase by July 31. Target price for that date is $153.

Hi Justme, I am very glad to get your comments, thank for it. I'm agreed with your analysis. Even PTR is very aggressive in market expansion and discovery new oil wells but according to my technical analysis, in short time it would be corrected because of global market sentiment. In long term I bet PTR would be at $240.
