GMH provides quality apartments in college areas and army housing facilities. I simply decided to purchase based upon my experience as a college student, the apartments provided near campus by GMH are very affordable for the accommodations provided and are new in quite good condition, being the nicest and best value ones around I thought this company had some good things going for it, but a fall in 4Q profits has knocked the price down but I am somewhat confident from what I have seen that the company will bounce back.
