Recent News  

One month ago, MGAM announced that their former CEO was stepping down. Many had been calling for this to happen for a while. With the change in leadership comes the opportunity to repair some wounds with customers and bring MGAM back from their near death experience. We may test the $4 level briefly, but once the new interim CEO has had a chance to get things back in order, the upward potential is great. I'm setting a very conservative one-year target of $7.50.

The company has posted a profit the last few quarters. Lets play the game. No dividends on this stock and a PE of 46 to 51 depending which chart you look at. No gaps to fill which is a plus. Buy at 4.21 and sell a Nov 08 $5 CC at .60. If you are a risk taker buy and hold till she breaks 7 or better then look at CC. Like after next quarterly report.
