its hard to rely on technical analysis for a name that is potentially subject to such drastic news. Also a BAC takeover may mean this stock is off the market in 2010

BAC won't buy this stock, and it will be subject to something like Bear Stearns had happen over a weekend....just wait for one weekend in July and you'll be waking up to that type of "Fed brokered takeover/bailout" news.
