This is a safe bet. Just got slashed in price after a good 2nd 2009 quater. There's a lawsuit pending about "Cooking" some reports, But it seems to me just pesky lawsuit. I expect the price to get to 8.5$ in the next 2 months, And 10$ till years end if market stay bullish
