Wamu and JPM

JPM has $4B of wamu'sfunds. JPMstock is sinking like a rock. JPM doesn't have the $4B to return to Wamu. JPM takesover (or buys) wamu toavoid having to pony up $4B orbuys wamu with Wamus $4B? I've been hearinf rumors about wamu and jpm. If true this should happen soon.

the gov will prob step in if there is the potential of failure because it would be so much more expensive for teh gov to take care of a wamu failure

did JPM just get a mandatory 25B from the government? why couldnt they use some of those funds
