NFLX: long term outlook?

I say its just a trade. The face of media is set to change with the advent of the digital distribution of music and video. What do you think of AAPL's media-for-rent product?

for the NFLX! if they can improve their online movie watch feature. they can have a better opportunity to compete with Blockbuster or NFLX can buy REDBOX!

This biggest problem for this company is user turnover, they spend most of their advertizing dollars on maintaining their current level of users. Any company suffering this problem isnt a good long term play in my mind.

There may be more important competitors for NFLX to worry about beyond BBI, but with BBI looking to take on a dog like circut city I think they are only helping NFLX

The question is can both withstand digtal cabel. Why use blockbuster or netflix when you can rent from cable of verizon on demand. That you should be asking yourself.
