Watch for a high P/E ratio. Their run up in price over the last 10 years make it trade very high. Also, this may be a stock that you need to have a strict exit point. 10%-20% would sound reasonable if it is with a few points of the 52 week low. The government pays on time, but they can turn the faucet off if we start pulling resources out of the region.
